I had David come and see me from Geeks on wheels in Hamilton and I wanted to say how professional and wonderful his service was.
He made sure that all my questions were answered, he fixed everything that I had issues with and my computer is now running perfectly.
He also taught me how to back up my own files straight to my memory stick. Cant tell you how professional your service is.

David arrived a few minutes early and was polite, careful, thorough and did a fantastic job of answering all of our dumb questions and got our computer running perfectly. Bill came to fix my computer last Friday, late in the afternoon. He'd rightly assumed when he spoke with Marcus, who'd been the previous week, that the computer wouldn't be repairable. He brought a replacement machine, set it up, retrieved my files and left me with a great machine. He stayed late to finish the job even though it was his birthday! Terrence has just left having sorted out all of the problems with my home computer. Great service, on time, and very efficient - he even made sure that the issues I'd identified were fixed to my satisfaction by getting me to open a PDF (which had been rendered unusable due to a virus infection).
