The logistics of running our operation is extremely important in terms of having technicians and resources in the correct locations at the right time. Therefore, like many other appointment-based industries, we operate a cancellation policy requiring you to give us reasonable notice should you be unable to make the appointment. Therefore if you are unable to make the appointment on the day arranged, we will send you an invoice for the cancellation fee of $60 including gst.
