We offer an affordable service at a flat hourly rate:
Standard Rate: $145 (including GST) per hour *
One off Remote Support $60 (including GST)
Annual Subscription $129 (including GST)
* Minimum 1 Hour. Appointments lasting longer than one hour incur an additional cost at the same rate to the nearest 15 minute increment.
No call out fee!
No charge for travel time!
No extras for same day service!
We even offer Outside Area Rates where available.
Appointments can be arranged for early mornings, evenings, or anytime on Saturdays.
Mon – Fri: 8am – 8pm
Sat: 8am – 5pm
Call centre hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 4pm
