IN short Geeks is superb. My file notes will gtell you of the saga. My dear late wife Susan used to say the computer is my second wife - it is critically important me even more now I am a team of one without Susan. Throughout a v stressful period following a disastorus Apple systems upgrade, with one issue after another, technicians at sometimes making mistakes (I lost hundreds of songs in the process) the company has acted professionally, not charging on truly appropriate occasions. Today's visit related to the wrong size of back up - I wondered because I keep being told there is not enough storage space -and have been (needed to) trying hard to delete old unused files. Someone at Geeks noticed I had been provided with less backup storage - that is client service of the highest order because like had not been replaced with like. I recommend Geeks to contacts whenever appropriate. Thank you for reading these notes. Naturally willing to discuss. Michael Steer

If you suspect you have a hardware problem don't waste your time or money, in my experience they won't be able to solve it or even figure it out on their visit, and you'll lose $200.00 that could have been much better spent sending it to someone to view your device in their own time and accomplish what you need done. I was advised to drop my laptop off to them for another $200.00-300.00 just to figure out what the problem is, not including fixing it.
Their website needs to clarify they are not likely to solve (or even diagnose) hardware issues on the first visit. I suspected the concept of a home visit would be stupid, and sadly I was right. Lesson learnt. Don't make my mistake.

Paikea was very patient with us, professional & certainly know his way around the computer. He sorted the issues and called back hen we had a coupleofminor issues.
